Ingredients
  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • ¾ cup mangoes , cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 ml chia seeds
  • 15 ml grated coconut
  • 15 ml maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Rinse the fruit in a colander.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely combined and liquefied.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice pop moulds, filling them up until the line.
  4. Place the moulds in the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. Remove from moulds and enjoy!
