Ingredients

raspberries

mangoes
, cubed

chia seeds

grated coconut

maple syrup
Instructions
Rinse the fruit in a colander.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely combined and liquefied.
Pour the mixture into the ice pop moulds, filling them up until the line.
Place the moulds in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove from moulds and enjoy!
