The recipe we’ve got for you this week is the snack that every ice pop should be. Healthy Mixed Fruit Ice Pops

  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • ¾ cup mangoes , cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 15 ml chia seeds
  • 15 ml grated coconut
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  1. Rinse the fruit in a colander.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely combined and liquefied.
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice pop moulds, filling them up until the line.
  4. Place the moulds in the freezer for 3 hours.
  5. Remove from moulds and enjoy!
