Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Sandwich!

For Father’s day, why not treat dad to a great brunch! This simple yet incredibly tasty smoked salmon sandwich will do just the trick! Happy Father’s day!  Yield: 4 sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • For the Herbed Sour Cream:

    ⅓ cup sour cream

    1 teaspoon finely chopped dill

    1 teaspoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    Salt, to taste

    For the Smoked Salmon:

    Herbed sour cream

    4 slices of bread

    8 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced

    Cucumbers, to tasteZest of 1 lemon

    Black pepper, to taste

    Lemongrass, for garnish
