Bloody Caesar Shooters with Jalapeño and Chile de Arbol

Bloody Caesar Shooters with Jalapeño and Chile de Arbol:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Clamato juice (or tomato juice if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Sliced jalapeño peppers for garnish
  • Chile de arbol powder for rimming
  • Tajin seasoning for rimming
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the Clamato juice, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in a pitcher or measuring cup. Stir well to combine.
  2. On a small plate, mix together the Chile de arbol powder and Tajin seasoning to create the rimming mixture.
  3. Take a lime wedge and rub it around the rim of each shot glass to moisten it.
  4. Dip the moistened rim of each shot glass into the Chile de arbol and Tajin mixture, coating the rim evenly.
  5. Fill each shot glass with the Bloody Caesar mixture.
  6. Garnish each shooter with a slice of jalapeño pepper and chile de arbol on the rim.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy Bloody Caesar shooters!
