Ingredients
Smoothie:
  • 1 cup spinach , packed
  • ½-1 whole banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp tahini or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp -¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 ice cubes (optional)
Garnish:
  • Almonds
  • Pineapple , cut into triangles
  • Shredded coconut
  • Rolled oats
Instructions
  1. With a blender, combine spinach, banana, pineapple, chia seeds, tahini, rolled oats and almond milk. Blend until smooth. If using a hand blender, add more milk and blend until creamy.
  2. Top with extra rolled oats, almonds, shredded coconut and pineapple in the pattern of your choosing (this is your chance to get creative!).
  3. Enjoy!
