We have the perfect recipe for you to capture that amber glow of an iced tea recipe, spiked with rum to serve in a pitcher, that will taste as good as it looks!

Here is what you need:

4 teaspoons any smooth black tea 

6 cups of ice

1/3 cup sugar

1 lemon

1 orange

1 cinnamon stick

8 whole cloves

4 shots of Rum

Preparation:

  1. Heat your water until it boils
  2. Put the tea, cinnamon stick and cloves in a teapot
  3. Fill the teapot with boiling water
  4. Steep for 5 minutes
  5. While the tea is steeping, squeeze in the lemon and orange juices in the teapot
  6. Pour and strain the tea into the pitcher
  7. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves
  8. Fill your Fresh pitcher with ice
  9. Add the rum and stir

A pitcher of iced tea like this is simply irresistible, especially on a hot day. Enjoy!
