<p>Is there anything more satisfying and as indulgent as a potato gratin? This recipe for Jarlsberg Potato Gratin is as comforting as a hug and sure to be a crowd favourite for any occasion. Here is how to make it:</p>

<p>6 potatoes, peeled</p>



<p>1 onion, peeled</p>



<p>125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream</p>



<p>3/4 cup (180 ml) milk</p>



<p>A pinch of ground nutmeg</p>



<p>170 g (6 oz.) Grated Jarlsberg cheese or a firm cheese</p>



<p>1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) paprika</p>



<p>Salt and pepper</p>



<p><strong>Preparation:</strong><strong><br></strong></p>



<p>Place the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (375 ° F).</p>



<p>Slice the potatoes and onion 1/8 inch (3 mm) with a <a href="https://www.blog.stokesstores.com/en/thinkkitchen-multi-wonder-mandoline-with-3-cutting-options.html">mandolin.</a></p>



<p>In a pot, heat the cream with the milk, nutmeg Add the potatoes and onion and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Salt and pepper.</p>

<p>Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh thyme.</p>
