<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For the guacamole, you’ll get a touch of sweetness from the mango that balances the healthy dose of spice really nicely. I like my guac pretty spicy, so if you are not into breathing fire like a dragon, cut the jalapeno &amp; chilli pepper quantity in half and gradually add more until you’re happy with the spice level.</span></p>

Remove seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, into a bowl.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">With a fork, roughly mash the avocados, I prefer to keep it a little chunky.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Add the lime juice and mix well. The acidity of the lime juice will delay the avocados from turning brown, balances the rich flavours and adds brightness.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Add the chopped onion, cilantro, mango, jalapeno and chili peppers. Chili peppers vary individually in their hotness. So as I mentioned, start with half and add to the guacamole until you’ve reached your desired degree of hotness.&nbsp;</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Add salt &amp; pepper to taste.&nbsp;</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">If you are making this ahead and storing in the fridge, wait to add the tomatoes right before serving. I like to add half the diced tomatoes in the guac and sprinkle the rest on top.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5350-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Serve with tortilla chips or veggies and dig in!</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Next up is the Smokey Margarita. Sweetened with maple and rimmed with smokey salt for that ‘je ne sais quoi’ something special! You can blend it or shake it on ice&#8230; either way the fiesta is on when these are on the menu!</span></p>
