Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients per glass:

2-3 mango cubes (fresh or frozen)

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

6-8 mint leaves

0.75 oz simple syrup

2 oz bourbon

2 dashes cardamom bitters

Lemon slice and peel for garnish (optional)

Preparation:

Add lemon juice, simple syrup, bourbon, and cardamom bitters to a cocktail shaker.

Fill with ice and shake.

Double strain over ice cubes into a 12 oz double old-fashioned glass.

Add 2-3 mango cubes and mint leaves on top.

Place a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass and a bit of lemon peel over the drink as garnish and serve!
