Some days, all you want to do is walk in the door after a long day of work and not have to think about supper. Not only is our short rib recipe is flavourful and filling, it’s very easy to make.
Combine the following ingredients in your slow-cooker and let it simmer overnight. All you’ll have to do the next day is serve yourself a plate and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp pepper
- 2 1⁄2 lb boneless beef short ribs
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 6 large carrots, chopped
- 6 large potatoes, chopped
Preparation
- Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
- Add ribs and shake to coat.
- In your Remy Olivier non-stick pan, brown ribs in butter.
- Put meat, chopped carrots and potatoes in your Think Kitchen Slo-Pro Cooker.
- In same skillet, combine all remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stir for a minute and set aside.
- Pour mixture over the ribs and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
- Enjoy!
