Crispy crunch sandwich

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of minced shallots

2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon of minced fresh sage

8 slices of sourdough bread, toasted

3 medium heirloom tomatoes, each cut into quarters
8 bacon slices, cooked

1 cup arugula
veniceblt (1)


Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in the Sagetra deep mixing bowl 
  2.  Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over 1 side of each toast slice. Top each of the 4 toast slices with 3 tomato slices, 2 bacon slices, and 1/4 cup arugula. Top with remaining 4 toast slices.
  3.  Enjoy!
