Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Honey to taste
- 1 cup water
- Handful of red rambo radish microgreens
- Handful of sunflower microgreens
- Handful of broccoli microgreens
Instructions:
- Start by blending the frozen fruit, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
- Gradually add water to the blender while continuing to blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Next, add the microgreens to the blender and blend until they are fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
