Healthy & Delicious: Adding Microgreens To Your Favourite Smoothie

Microgreens are small but mighty greens that are packed with nutrients and flavor. They are a great way to add some extra vitamins and minerals to your diet, and they also make a delicious addition to smoothies. In this recipe, we’re using red rambo radish, sunflower, and broccoli microgreens to give our smoothie a boost of nutrition.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 cup water
  • Handful of red rambo radish microgreens
  • Handful of sunflower microgreens
  • Handful of broccoli microgreens

Instructions:

  1. Start by blending the frozen fruit, yogurt, and honey in a blender.
  2. Gradually add water to the blender while continuing to blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Next, add the microgreens to the blender and blend until they are fully incorporated into the mixture.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
