July 11th is National Mojito Day! We’ve got a refreshing delicious new cocktail recipe for you with these Rose Lychee Mojitos:

Ingredients:
4 ounces lychee juice
½ cup lychees; fresh, tinned, or thawed
Handful of strawberries
20 sprigs fresh mint
1 lime, cut in small wedges
2 ounces sparkling water
½ ounce rose water
crushed ice
2 ounces white rum (optional)
Preparation:
In a small pitcher or large glass add mint, lime, lychees and strawberries. Muddle together for about a minute until all of the juice is squeezed out of the lime and the oils have released from the mint.
Add lychee juice and rose water.
If adding rum, add now and mix.
Fill each glass with ice.
Pour half of the mojito mixture into each glass.
Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and a strawberry slice.
