This sweet, flavourful matcha green tea glaze is going to be your new favourite way to glaze donuts, cookies, cupcakes and cakes. Super quick simple and the prettiest shade of green.
Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
1⅓ cups (160 g) powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. whole milk
1 tsp. Good quality matcha
Kosher salt
Preparation:
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, matcha, and a few pinches of salt in a medium bowl until smooth. The consistency should be viscous but not overly thick; adjust with more powdered sugar or milk as needed.
