These matcha energy bites are the perfect treat when you feel like you need something sweet as a little “pick me up” in the day. These are wonderful to make ahead in large batches and save in your fridge for when you feel you could use a little burst of energy!
Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:
1 cup ground almonds
1 cup grounded coconut
2 tsp matcha powder
1/4 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup chocolate (melted, dark or milk)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in your stand mixer and mix until everything is well incorporated.
Form 14-16 balls and put them in the freezer for at least 10 minutes so that they’re easier to coat in the chocolate later.
Coat each matcha ball with your melted chocolate.
