Crepes are having a moment! As a bunch of popular brunch and dessert trends have come and gone, we’re seeing more and more crepes recipes. Both savory and sweet, there are just so many ways to customize crepes to suit whatever you’re craving – they’re the perfect canvas!
Today we’re bringing you something sweet! A recipe of delicious chocolate crepes – these can be a great dessert idea or even a special Valentine’s Brunch!
Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:
3/4 cup 1% milk
¼ cup water
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated sugar
strawberry sauce or fresh berries
sweetened whipped cream
Preparation:
Add milk, water, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and sugar to a blender, in that exact order.
Turn the blender on and process until completely smooth.
Heat a crepe pan over medium high heat. Spray with non-stick spray, and add just about ⅓ – ½ cup of batter. Tilt it quickly but with careful precision and make sure to evenly distribute the batter over the pan.
Cook for about 1 minute until the bottom is dry and cooked, then flip and cook another 30-60 seconds until the second side is cooked.
Repeat until all batter has been used and serve with strawberries, whipped cream and any sauces you want!
