There are certain fall cocktails or drinks that are true classics, mulled wine, a hot toddy or a spiked coffee or hot chocolate. This season, we wanted to bring a little more flair to the drink menu and really capture real autumnal flavours. This delicious sangria is rich with flavour and made with beautiful fruits that each add their own special taste: pomegranates, apples and figs. It looks and sounds as luxurious as it tastes!
Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 large apple, cut into very thin wedges
5 figs, cut into quarters
1 bottle of chilled prosecco
1 cup brandy
2 cups pomegranate juice
Ice
Preparation:
FIll a large pitcher halfway with ice
Add your fruits and top with the pomegranate juice, brandy and then finish with the chilled prosecco.
Serve cold.
